1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
  • Orders under $99 will be subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Prescription eyewear requires 5 to 10 working days for manufacturing and assembly before dispatch.
  • Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using a reliable courier service.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • After dispatch, orders are expected to arrive within 5 to 15 working days, depending on your location and courier services.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • If your address is considered a remote location by the courier, additional delivery time may be required.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at connect@specstyler.com.
  • While we will assist in locating your parcel, Specstyler is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at connect@specstyler.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Warranty Policy.
